Who we are
A practice and a think tank.
Insightio grew from a simple conviction: the people who use psychological services should shape how those services are designed, delivered and governed.
So alongside therapy, we do research, train the next generation of practitioners, and work inside schools and communities. The name comes from a single word — insight: the thing we want every person we work with to leave holding.
Therapy
Services built around the person, not the category.
Our first tool is therapy — paced to your life, and reviewed openly as we go.
How it works
From “maybe” to booked, in four steps.
No gatekeeping, no forms to earn your way through. Here is the whole process.
- 01
Start wherever you like
Take a self-check, read something, or just book. There is no correct order and no gate to pass first.
- 02
A first conversation
Fifty minutes, nothing to prepare. Mostly you talking and us getting the shape of it.
- 03
A plan you can see
We agree what we are working on and roughly how long it might take. You can disagree with any of it.
- 04
Reviewed as we go
We check openly whether this is helping. If it is not, we change it — or help you find someone better suited.
Two things you can use right now
Free, structured, and yours.
Nothing here is stored, nothing is emailed, and nothing asks who you are. Use them as often as you like.
Train & collaborate with us
Three ways to grow with Insightio.
Structured, genuinely supervised experience for psychology students and early-career practitioners — never shadowing, never free labour.
Our interns come from
Our interns come from: Ashoka University, Christ University, University of Delhi, Amity University, University of Birmingham Dubai, B.R. Ambedkar University, University of Lincoln.
Before you book
The questions everyone asks.
And a few people feel awkward asking. There is nothing here you are not allowed to want to know.
Still unsure about something?
Just ask usNo — and most people are not. A fair number of people book precisely because they would rather not get there. Wanting to think something through properly is reason enough.
Fifty minutes, nothing to prepare. Mostly you talking and your therapist getting the shape of it. You leave with a working sense of what might help, and no obligation to come back.
Yes, with a small number of clearly defined exceptions that exist to keep people safe. We go through them properly before you start, so nothing is a surprise later.
The scored checks ask for your name and email before showing your result, and we keep the score alongside them so a clinician can follow up if it would help. Nothing is shared outside the practice, and you can ask us to delete it at any point. The 30-second quick check and the routing list ask for nothing at all.
Fees vary by session type. We will tell you clearly before you book — there are no surprise charges, and we will say so upfront if a lower-cost option would suit you better.
Yes. Online sessions are as effective as in person for most of what we work with, and they make consistency far easier if you travel or study elsewhere.
For under-18s we need a parent or guardian involved in setting up care, but the room itself is yours. What gets shared is agreed with everyone at the start.
Say so. It is a normal thing to happen and not an awkward one — we will either change the approach or help you find someone better suited, including outside this practice.
From the blog
Reading worth your time.
A first conversation is fifty minutes, and there is nothing to prepare.
You do not need a diagnosis, a referral, or a good enough reason. Therapy does not change who you are — it helps you become who you have always been trying to be.
Confidential · Booking is a request, confirmed by us · Not an emergency service
