What We DoSchools & Colleges

Programmes for schools, colleges and universities

Every child is learning, but not every child is learning how to navigate life. At Insightio we bring psychology into the everyday world of students — helping them understand themselves, manage emotions, handle stress, build healthier relationships, and make thoughtful choices.

Our workshops go beyond conversation and lectures. Through experiential activities, real-life scenarios, role-play and guided reflection, students learn by doing, and develop skills they can use long after the session ends.

Because education is not only about what a child knows. It is also about how they think, feel, respond, relate and grow.

How we work

The approaches we actually use.

We start from your present concerns and background history, and we will tell you which of these we are drawing on and why.

Student life-skills sessions

Age-appropriate work on emotions, friendship, peer pressure, and body image. The sessions are interactive, never lectures.

Teacher training

Spotting distress, having a first conversation, and referring on — the three things staff are actually trained to do.

Trauma-informed parenting workshops

Practical evening sessions for parents, built around what they are really dealing with at home.

Counsellor supervision

Clinical supervision for in-house school counsellors, who are frequently isolated in the role.

Policy and referral pathways

A written pathway so that a teacher knows exactly what happens next.

Whole-campus review

An audit of what exists, what is used, and where students actually fall through.

How we start

A scope you can actually see.

Here is how an engagement is built, from first conversation to reporting.

  1. 1

    A scoping conversation

What you have tried, what your staff are seeing, and what you are actually able to sustain.

  2. 2

A proposal with a defined scope

Sessions, audiences, duration and cost, written down. No open-ended retainers.

  3. 3

    Delivery on your calendar

Built around the school year rather than dropped into the middle of exams.

  4. 4

A report you can show your board

Anonymised outcomes and engagement data, plus what we would recommend next.

If you are currently taking prescribed medication, do not change it based on anything on this page. Speak to the doctor who prescribed it — and we are happy to work alongside them.

Common questions

Things people ask about this.

Something not covered here?

Just ask us

Yes, and we often recommend it. A single cohort done properly tells you more than a whole-school session that touches nobody twice.

Request a proposal

Tell us what you are dealing with.

We will come back with a defined scope — sessions, audiences, duration and cost, written down. No open-ended retainers, and no obligation.

  • Scoping call first
  • Written proposal
  • Reporting included
